Doing A Good Deed
I'm running a fundraising project to raise money for villages in Mauritania. I'm doing a penny war between the governor's school halls. I just started yesterday and I'm hoping we get a bunch of money to send. I learned something. Three dollars can sustain a child's life for a whole month in Mauritania! Over here, we can't even get a Mickey D's combo! Sandals are only a dollar in Mauritania and they can only afford one pair per year! And we're over here spending a hundred dollars on a pair of Nike's... I don't think we should give up everything to make their lives better, that's worthless. I enjoy my lifestyle. I think they should have the same comfort...
